摘  要:链孢霉是灵芝代料栽培过程菌包发菌初期危害最为严重的真菌病害之一。聊城市冠县是全国灵芝主要生产基地,灵芝代料栽培主要采用枝条菌种开放式接种方式,极易感染链孢霉且传播迅速。为降低链孢霉对灵芝生产的危害,提高芝农效益,介绍灵芝代料栽培中链孢霉危害的病原菌特性、感染症状、发生环境及传播途径;总结灵芝代料栽培链孢霉综合防治措施,包括优化栽培环境,选用优质菌种,适当提前制袋,及时彻底灭菌,料包冷却后再接种,改善接种方式并严格规范接种,注重发菌期管理等。Neurosporacrassa is one of the most serious fungal diseases at the initial stage of fthe cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum.Guanxian,Liaocheng City is the main production base of Ganoderma lucidum in China.Since the open inoculation method of branch strains was used on the substitute materialcultivation of Ganoderma lucidum.,it is easy to infect neurospora rapidly.In order to reduce the damage of neurospora to Ganoderma lucidum production and improve the benefit of Ganoderma lucidum farmers,the characteristics of pathogenic bacteria,infection symptoms,occurrence environment and transmission route of neurospora harm in Ganoderma lucidum substitute cultivation were introduced.Finally,the comprehensive prevention and control measures of Ganoderma lucidum substituting cultivation of neurospora were summarized,including optimizing the cultivation environment,selecting high-quality strains,making bags in advance,sterilizing in time and thoroughly.Secondly,we should improve the inoculation method and strictly standardize the inoculation,inoculate the material package after cooling,and pay attention to the management of the mycelial growth phase.
