摘 要:润滑剂在高温高压下的摩擦特性是关乎设备运行和维护的核心问题,寻找能够在高温高压下提供优异润滑性能的润滑材料至关重要。用HPT-5000高温高压摩擦特性试验装置对复合磺酸钙基润滑脂在高温高压下的摩擦特性进行测试,并与传统润滑油进行了对比。在150℃,200℃,250℃及5.0MPa,10.0MPa的条件下,复合磺酸钙润滑脂的减摩性能和抗磨损性能均优于传统润滑油,具有更好的摩擦特性。这源于复合磺酸钙基润滑脂能够形成稳定的复合润滑膜,拓展了复合磺酸钙基润滑脂在高温高压下的应用潜力。The friction characteristics of lubricants under high temperature and high pressure are the core issues related to the operation and maintenance of equipment,and therefore it is crucial to find lubricant materials that can provide excellent lubrication performance under high temperature and high pressure.The HPT-5000 high temperature and high pressure friction characteristics test device was used to test the friction characteristics of calcium sulfonate complex grease at high temperature and high pressure,and compared with traditional lubricants.Under the conditions of 150℃,200℃,250℃and 5.0 MPa,10.0 MPa,calcium sulfonate complex grease has better friction characteristics with better friction reduction and anti-wear properties than conventional lubricants.This comes from the fact that the calcium sulfonate complex grease can form a stable composite lubricating film,which expands the potential of calcium sulfonate complex grease under high temperature and high pressure.
