商用车轮毂轴承维保润滑脂的研制

摘　　要：为了克服售后服务用脂的混乱状态,对商用车轮毂轴承维保润滑脂进行了研制。商用车轮毂轴承维保润滑脂由精制矿物油(40℃运动黏度220 mm^(2)/s),10%~15%的复合锂稠化剂,2.0%的ZnDDP,1.0%的酯,1.0%的硫烯及0.2%的T706组成,具有良好的抗磨损性能,高温胶体安定性和氧化安定性。100 Mm行车试验表明,研制的商用车轮毂轴承维保润滑脂使用性能良好。To avoid the confusion of grease used for after-sale service,the maintenance grease for commercial vehicle wheel hub bearings has been developed.It consists of refined mineral oil(kinematic viscosity 220 mm^(2)/s at 40℃),10%~15% of lithium complex thickener,2.0% of ZnDDP,1.0%of ester,1.0%of sulfated olefin and 0.2% of T706,which has good anti-wear performance,high-temperature colloidal stability and oxidative stability.According to the 100 Mm road test,the developed maintenance grease for commercial vehicle wheel bearings has a good use performance.
