摘  要:生物医学实验课程是生命科学全能型人才培养的重要教学环节。通过分析传统实验教学模式在当前本科生物医学实验教学过程中的存在现状及问题,从实验教学方法上提出因课制宜的教学改革措施,能更好地实现生命科学创新人才的培养目标。加强相关专业实验课程与理论课程、实验课程与创新创业、科学研究等项目之间的有机联系,全面梳理和调研以生物科学与转化医学为主体的专业实验课程体系,采用分析问题、总结经验等途径来优化教学模式,提升高校本科生物医学实验课程教学的质量与效率,为巩固本科生专业素质、培养创新思维、协同科研能力提供有效参考。Biomedical laboratory course is an important teaching link for the cultivation of all-round talents in life sciences.By analyzing the current situation and problems of the traditional experimental teaching mode in the current undergraduate biomedical laboratory teaching process,class-based teaching reform measures is proposed from experimental teaching methods to suit the class,which can better achieve the training goal of life science innovative talents.Strengthen the organic connection between relevant professional experimental courses and theoretical courses,experimental courses and innovation and entrepreneurship,scientific research and other projects,comprehensively sort out and research the professional experimental course system with bioscience and translational medicine as the main body,use methods such as analyzing problems and summarizing experiences to optimize teaching modes,improve the quality and efficiency of undergraduate biomedical laboratory course teaching,and consolidate the professional quality of undergraduate students and cultivate innovative thinking collaborative research capabilities provide effective references.
