肿瘤患者接受中医护理适宜技术促进因素的质性研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨促进肿瘤患者接受中医护理适宜技术的相关因素。方法 采用描述性质性研究,以目的抽样法选取肿瘤患者为研究对象,对其进行半结构式访谈,并采用定向内容分析法整理和分析访谈资料。结果 本次研究共访谈11例肿瘤患者,经分析和整理后,提炼出3个主题。中医护理适宜技术在调理身体状态、缓解不适症状、心理支持方面给患者提供了感知技术有用性。中医护理适宜技术的简便性和安全性是其优势所在,也是促进患者接受和使用的重要因素。中医传统文化根植于国人心中,对患者接受中医护理适宜技术影响深远。结论 中医适宜技术的有用、安全、简便,以及中医文化是促进肿瘤患者对中医适宜技术接受因素,有利于患者享有中医护理适宜技术,减轻不适,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the factors related to the promotion of tumor patients'acceptance of Chinese medicine nursing appropriate technology.Methods A descriptive qualitative study was conducted,in which tumor patients were selected as study subjects by purposive sampling method,semi-structured interviews were conducted,and directed content analysis method was used to organize and analyze the interview data.Results A total of 11 tumor patients were interviewed in this study,and three themes were refined after analysis and collation.The perceived technical usefulness of Chinese medicine nursing appropriate technology to patients in terms of conditioning physical state,relieving uncomfortable symptoms,and psychological support.The simplicity and safety of TCM nursing appropriate technology are its strengths and important factors in promoting patient acceptance and use.The traditional culture of Chinese medicine is rooted in the hearts of Chinese people,which has a profound influence on patients'acceptance of TCM Nursing Appropriate Technology.Conclusions The usefulness,safety,simplicity,and culture of TCM are the factors that promote the acceptance of TCM appropriate technology by tumor patients,which is conducive to the enjoyment of TCM nursing appropriate technology by patients to reduce discomfort and improve the quality of life.
