尿液标本放置时间对尿常规检验结果中尿沉渣、红细胞的影响

摘　　要：目的 研究尿液标本放置不同时间后进行尿常规检验对尿沉渣以及红细胞的影响。方法 随机抽取2021年9月至2023年9月在福建省漳州市医院检验科接受尿常规检查的患者55例,分别在样本放置0 h、1 h、2 h、4 h、6 h后进行检验,对比检验结果。结果 放置4 h后尿常规检验中红细胞(810.42±112.44)个/μl,白细胞(591.52±82.39)个/μl,低于放置2 h检验结果 [红细胞(1220.37±324.76)个/μl,白细胞(697.73±141.80)个/μl](P <0.05);放置6 h后红细胞(495.76±79.30)个/μl,白细胞(490.28±65.32)个/μl,低于放置4 h检验结果(P <0.05)。上皮细胞检验结果差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。放置4 h后尿常规检验中大红细胞(590.65±143.60)个/μl,溶解红细胞(35.59±8.10)个/μl,和放置2 h检验差异有统计学意义[大红细胞(391.43±126.54)个/μl,溶解红细胞(个/μl)](P <0.05);放置6 h后大红细胞(391.43±126.54)个/μl,溶解红细胞(43.27±8.82)个/μl,和放置4 h后检验差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。小红细胞检验结果差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 尿液样本放置时间延长对于白细胞、红细胞、大红细胞以及溶解红细胞检验结果造成较大影响,且随着时间增加检查结果误差越大,因此建议在采集样本后2 h内完成尿常规检验,最长不超过3 h完成检验工作。采集尿液样本后应保存在2~8℃冰箱内冷藏,以抑制细菌繁殖。Objective To study the effect of urine routine test results on urine sediment and red blood cells after placing urine samples for different times.Methods A total of 55 patients who underwent routine urinalysis in the laboratory department of Zhangzhou Hospital in Fujian Province from September 2021 to September 2023 were randomly selected and tested after the samples were placed for 0 h,1 h,2 h,4 h,and 6 h,respectively,and the test results were compared.Results In the urine routine test after 4 h of placement,the number of erythrocytes(810.42±112.44)/μl and leukocytes(591.52±82.39)/μl was lower than that of the test result after 2 h of placement[erythrocytes(1,220.37±324.76)/μl and leukocytes(697.73±141.80)/μl](P<0.05);after 6 h of placement Red blood cells(495.76±79.30)/μl,white blood cells(490.28±65.32)/μl,which were lower than the results of the test placed for 4 h(P<0.05).The difference in epithelial cell test results was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The difference between the routine urine test of large red blood cells(590.65±143.60)cells/μl and lysed red blood cells(35.59±8.10)cells/μl after 4 h of placement and the test of 2 h of placement was statistically significant[large red blood cells(391.43±126.54)cells/μl and lysed red blood cells(cells/μl)](P<0.05);the difference between the test of large red blood cells after 6 h of placement(391.43±126.54)/μl,lysed erythrocytes(43.27±8.82)/μl,and the difference between the test after 4 h of placement was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the results of the small red blood cell test(P>0.05).Conclusions The prolonged placement time of urine samples has a great impact on the test results of white blood cells,red blood cells,large red blood cells and cytic red blood cells,and the greater the error of the test results with increasing time.Therefore,it is recommended to complete the routine urine test within 2 h after sample collection,and the longest test work is not more than 3
