金双歧联合思密达治疗小儿腹泻临床治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的 分析对于小儿腹泻患儿采用金双歧联合思密达的临床治疗效果。方法 以我院2021年3月至2023年3月收治的小儿腹泻患儿中随机抽取80例进行研究。采用单双数字随机法将患儿分为对照组和观察组,均40例。两组患儿均采用常规治疗方案进行治疗,对照组患儿选择使用金双歧,观察组患儿选择金双歧和思密达进行治疗。对两组患儿的治疗结果进行对比分析。结果 观察组有效率92.5%高于对照组72.5%;观察组退热、腹痛消失、呕吐消失及大便正常时间均短于对照组;观察组满意率97.5%高于对照组的82.5%(P均<0.05)。结论 对于小儿腹泻患儿采用金双歧联合思密达进行治疗,能够有效缩短小儿康复时间,快速缓解临床症状。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Golden Bifidobacterium combined with Smecta in treatment of pediatric diarrhea.Methods Eighty cases of children with pediatric diarrhea admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were randomly selected for the study.The children were divided into a control group and an observation group,both of which consisted of 40 cases,using the single and double digit randomization method.Both groups were treated with conventional treatment programs,and the children in the control group were treated with Golden Bifidobacterium,while the children in the observation group were treated with Golden Bifidobacterium and Smecta.The treatment results of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The effective rate of 92.5%in the observation group was higher than that of 72.5%in the control group;the time for fever reduction,disappearance of abdominal pain,disappearance of vomiting and normalization of stools in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group;and the satisfaction rate of 97.5%in the observation group was higher than that of 82.5%in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The use of Golden Bifidobacterium combined with Smecta in the treatment of pediatric diarrhea can effectively shorten the recovery time of children and quickly relieve clinical symptoms.
