康复护理联合保守治疗对老年轻度脊柱压缩性骨折患者健康结局的影响分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨康复护理联合保守治疗对于老年轻度脊柱压缩性骨折患者健康结局的影响。方法 纳入2020年1月至2023年12月在卫生院接受保守治疗的老年轻度脊柱压缩性骨折患者61例,按随机数字表法将其分成两个组别,对照组30例施行常规护理干预,研究组31例在对照组基础上实施康复护理,关于伤椎高度比值、Cobb角、疼痛评分、脊柱功能障碍评分、舒适度评分、心理评分、睡眠质量评分作组间比较。结果 护理后,两组伤椎高度比值均比护理前增高,两组Cobb角均比护理前缩小,其中研究组伤椎高度比值高于同期对照组,研究组Cobb角小于同期对照组;两组疼痛、脊柱功能障碍评分均较护理前降低,而研究组两项评分均较对照组更低;两组舒适度、心理、睡眠质量评分均较护理前改善,而研究组舒适度评分比对照组高,研究组心理评分、睡眠质量评分均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论 在老年轻度脊柱压缩性骨折患者保守治疗中落实康复护理,不仅可改善患者脊柱功能,促使其伤椎高度恢复,还可减轻患者躯体不适,改善其心理、睡眠。Objective To explore the impact of rehabilitation nursing combined with conservative treatment on the health outcomes of elderly patients with mild spinal compression fractures.Methods A total of 61 elderly patients with mild spinal compression fractures who received conservative treatment in a health center from January 2020 to December 2023 were included in the study.They were divided into two groups using a random number table method.30 patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,while 31 patients in the study group received rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The height ratio of injured vertebrae,Cobb angle,pain score,spinal dysfunction score,comfort score,psychological score and sleep quality score were compared between groups.Results After the care,the height ratio of the injured vertebrae increased in both groups compared with the pre-care,and the Cobb angle decreased in both groups compared with the pre-care,in which the height ratio of the injured vertebrae in the study group was higher than that of the control group in the same period,and the Cobb angle in the study group was smaller than that in the control group in the same period;the scores of pain and spinal dysfunction were lower than that in the pre-care in both groups,whereas the scores of both scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group;the scores of comfort,psychology,and quality of sleep were better than that in the pre-care in both groups.And the comfort score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the psychological score and sleep quality score of the study group were lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Implementing rehabilitation nursing in the conservative treatment of elderly patients with mild spinal compression fractures can not only improve their spinal function,promote the recovery of their injured vertebral height,but also alleviate their physical discomfort,improve their psychological and sleep.
