全程精细化心理支持护理干预在高龄冠心病行胃肠镜检查患者中对心理情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析院内高龄冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病行胃肠镜检查患者中实施全程精细化心理支持护理干预的作用。方法 纳入时间为2022年1月至2022年12月,将该时间段院内高龄冠心病行胃肠镜检查患者71例进行研究讨论,通过随机数字表法分为对照组(37例实施常规护理方案)、观察组(34例实施全程精细化心理支持护理干预),分析护理效果,包括患者血压、心理以及负面情绪。结果 观察组收缩压、舒张压、心率低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组SAS与SDS评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论高龄冠心病行胃肠镜检查患者中应用全程精细化心理支持护理干预可减轻患者应激反应,避免血压以及心率异常升高,减少不良情绪对检查影响。Objective To retrospectively analyze the effect of implementing comprehensive and refined psychological support nursing intervention in elderly patients with coronary heart disease undergoing gastroscopy examination in the hospital.Methods A total of 71 elderly patients with coronary heart disease who underwent gastroscopy during the period from January 2022 to December 2022 were included in the study and discussed.They were randomly assigned to a control group(37 cases receiving routine nursing care)and an observation group(34 cases receiving comprehensive and refined psychological support nursing intervention),and the nursing effects were analyzed.Results The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and heart rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of comprehensive and refined psychological support nursing intervention in elderly patients with coronary heart disease undergoing gastroscopy can alleviate their stress response,avoid abnormal elevation of blood pressure and heart rate,and reduce the impact of negative emotions on the examination.It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
