格林模式护理+移动医疗App的人文护理对食管癌患者术后营养状况的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究格林模式护理+移动医疗App的人文护理对食管癌患者术后营养状况的影响。方法 纳入2021年1月至2023年12月福建省立医院接受食管癌手术的60例患者,按照随机数字表法划分对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。对照组术后开展常规护理支持,观察组术后开展格林模式护理+移动医疗App的人文护理,比较两组护理后的营养状态、自护能力(ESCA量表)及生活质量(WHOQOL-BREF量表)。结果 护理后,观察组血红蛋白、白蛋白、转铁蛋白水平高于对照组(P <0.05),观察组ESCA量表各项评分均高于对照组(P <0.05),观察组WHOQOL-BREF量表各项评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 食管癌手术患者术后实施格林模式护理+移动医疗App的人文护理,可以提升患者自护能力及生活质量,改善患者营养水平。Objective To investigate the effect of humanistic care of Green model nursing+mobile medical App on postoperative nutritional status of esophageal cancer patients.Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent esophageal cancer surgery in Fujian Provincial Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were included,and were divided into the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30)according to the method of randomized numerical table.Routine nursing support was carried out in the control group after surgery,and humanistic nursing with Green model nursing+mobile medical App was carried out in the observation group after surgery,comparing the nutritional status,self-care ability(ESCA scale)and quality of life(WHOQOL-BREF scale)of the two groups after care.Results After care,the hemoglobin,albumin and transferrin levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),all scores of the ESCA scale of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and all scores of the WHOQOL-BREF scale of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of humanistic care of Green model nursing+mobile medical app in postoperative patients with esophageal cancer surgery can improve the patients'self-care ability and quality of life,and improve the patients'nutritional level.
