摘　　要：甲状腺功能减退症是他汀类药物引起横纹肌溶解综合征的危险因素,应用他汀类药物治疗高脂血症前应常规筛查甲状腺功能,如发现甲状腺功能减退症,需先纠正甲状腺功能后再应用降脂药物,并定期监测肌酸激酶、肝肾功能等指标。本文回顾性分析1例应用他汀类药物导致甲状腺功能减退症患者并发横纹肌溶解综合征伴肾损伤的临床病例的临床资料,总结其临床特点及治疗经验。Hypothyroidism is a risk factor for statin-induced rhabdomyolysis syndrome.Thyroid function should be routinely screened before the application of statins for hyperlipidemia,and if hypothyroidism is found,thyroid function needs to be corrected before the application of lipid-lowering drugs,and creatine kinase,hepatic and renal functions and other indexes should be monitored regularly.In this paper,we retrospectively analyze the clinical data of a clinical case in which the application of statins led to the complication of rhabdomyolysis syndrome with renal injury in a patient with hypothyroidism,and summarize its clinical characteristics and treatment experience.
