摘  要:阅读作为一项提升国民道德素质和文化素养的社会化行为,近年来持续获得世界各国的重点关注。为应对数字化技术、信息技术等引发的阅读转向和专注弱化等问题,各国积极作为,出台措施,充分发挥引导效应,取得了一定成效。在我国,全民阅读作为一项国家倡议,部署实践十余年,已基本形成相对完整的中国模式。文章以观照世界各地阅读举措为切入点,对比指出我国全民阅读具有的创新性、文化性、统一性等鲜明属性,总结提炼出全民阅读中国模式具有的五个突出特征,如高度重视全民阅读活动的顶层设计,将全民阅读纳入各级党委政府工作职责并予以落实,加强优秀出版物供给和公共阅读空间建设等,为推动全民阅读工作切实有效、走深走实提供了重要经验和启示路径。Reading,as a social behavior to improve the moral quality and cultural accomplishment of the people,in recent years,has been the focus of attention in countries around the world.In order to deal with the problems such as the diversion of reading and the weakening of concentration caused by technological changes like digital informatization,countries around the world have taken active actions and introduced measures to give full play to the guiding effect,and achieved certain results.In China,as a national initiative,nationwide reading has been deployed and practiced for more than ten years,basically forming a relatively complete Chinese model.Starting from reading measures around the world,this paper compares and clarifies the distinctive attributes of nationwide reading in China:innovation,culturecentric and unity.For example,we attach great importance to the top-level design of reading activities for the masses,incorporate national reading into the work responsibilities of party committees and governments at all levels and implement them,and strengthen the supply of excellent publications and the construction of public reading spaces.This paper also summarizes and extracts five outstanding characteristics of the Chinese model of nationwide reading,which provides basic experience and important paths for promoting national reading work effectively and deeply.
