摘 要:为探究无挡板连续搅拌式反应釜(CSTR)内部流场分布及颗粒运动情况,采用计算流体力学(CFD),在欧拉-拉格朗日模型的基础上对三种搅拌釜工况进行了研究分析。同时,探讨了粒径为100,300和500μm的颗粒在各个工况下的混合情况。研究表明:在时间为0~100 s时,初始搅拌釜内颗粒的平均速度相较于初始时增加了39.22%,达到了1.4797 m/s,搅拌釜内的流场平均速度为1.7372 m/s,颗粒的平均速度与流场速度呈现相近的趋势;搅拌桨位于罐内中间位置时,颗粒分布最为均匀;采用双层搅拌桨时,颗粒速度得到了显著的提升,最大颗粒速度可达到4.2383 m/s。In order to investigate the flow field and particle dynamics within an unbaffled continuous stirred tank reactor(CSTR),computational fluid dynamics(CFD)was employed.This study conducted an analysis of three distinct agitation configurations based on the Euler-Lagrangian model.An examination of particle mixing behavior was conducted for particle sizes of 100,300,and 500μm under various operating conditions.The research findings revealed that,within the time interval of 0-100 s,the average velocity of particles within the initial stirring tank increased by 39.22%compared to its initial value,reaching 1.4797 m/s,while the average flow velocity was measured at 1.7372 m/s,and the average particle velocity exhibited a similar trend to the flow field velocity.In addition,it was observed that the particle distribution was most uniform when the agitator was placed in the center of the tank,and the use of double-layer impellers significantly increased the particle velocity,reaching a maximum particle velocity of 4.2383 m/s.
