黄芪颗粒联合米诺地尔治疗脂溢性脱发的效果及对生长因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨黄芪颗粒联合米诺地尔治疗脂溢性脱发的效果及对生长因子水平的影响。方法选择2019年1月至2022年1月收治的120例脂溢性脱发患者,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用米诺地尔治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合黄芪颗粒治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的雌二醇(E_(2))、睾酮(T)水平无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的E_(2)水平高于对照组,T水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、转化生长因子-β_(2)(TGF-β_(2))水平无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的VEGF水平高于对照组,TGF-β_(2)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)水平无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的Cu、Zn水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论黄芪颗粒联合米诺地尔治疗脂溢性脱发能提高临床治疗效果,促进性激素、生长因子、微量元素水平改善,且安全性高,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Huangqi granule combined with minoxidil on seborrheic alopecia and its influences on growth factors levels.Methods A total of 120 patients with seborrheic alopecia admitted from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with minoxidil,and the observation group was treated with Huangqi granules on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of estradiol(E_(2))and testosterone(T)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the E_(2) level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the T level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of vascular endothlial growth factor(VEGF)and transforming growth factor-β_(2)(TGF-β_(2))between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the level of VEGF in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of TGF-β_(2) was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in cuprum(Cu)and zinc(Zn)levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of Cu and Zn in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Huangqi granule combined with minoxidil in the treatment of seborrheic alopecia can improve the clinical treatment effect,promote the improvement of sex hormones,growth factors and trace elements levels,and has high safety,which is worthy of promotion.
