摘　　要：新医科的提出为医工融合、医工学科交叉带来了新的发展机遇,对医学类高等教育教学也提出了新的要求。文章从医学影像学专业实际情况入手,根据切身的教育教学实践,从创新型医学人才培养模式、人才培养的阶段特征、潜在问题及措施等方面,阐述了面向医学影像学专业高等教育大学生实践与创新能力培养提升的模式和方法,以期为该专业或相近专业创新实践教育提供一定的借鉴。The proposal of New Medicine has brought opportunities for the integration of medical and engineering disciplines,and it has also put forward new requirements for higher medical education and teaching.Based on the actual situation of the specialty of medi-cal imaging and their teaching practice,the authors elaborate on the models and methods of improving practical and innovative abilities in the college students of medical imaging from the aspects of innovative medical talent cultivation models,stage characteristics of talent development,potential problems,and corresponding measures.This paper aims to provide reference for innovative practical education in similar programs.
