摘 要:以La_(2)O_(3)为烧结助剂,常压烧结制备了系列的Al_(2)O_(3)微晶陶瓷,重点研究La_(2)O_(3)添加对Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷结构和力学性能的影响。样品晶粒平均粒径均在3~4μm之间,且样品的致密度、抗弯强度及断裂韧性均有较为明显的提升;其中烧结温度1700℃、La_(2)O_(3)添加质量分数为1.8%时韧性最高。La_(2)O_(3)在陶瓷基体中分布均匀,样品物相以Al_(2)O_(3)为主,当La_(2)O_(3)添加质量分数高于0.9%时,样品中存在少量的La_(1.4)Al_(22.6)O_(36)物相。A series of Al_(2)O_(3)microcrystalline ceramics were prepared by atmospheric sintering using La_(2)O_(3)as sintering aid,focusing on the effect of La_(2)O_(3)addition on the structure and mechanical properties of Al_(2)O_(3)ceramics.The average grain size of the samples was between 3~4μm,and the density,flexural strength and fracture toughness of the samples were significantly improved.Among them,the toughness was highest when the sintering temperature was 1700℃and the mass fraction of La_(2)O_(3)was 1.8%.La_(2)O_(3)was evenly distributed in the ceramic matrix,and the sample phase was mainly Al_(2)O_(3),and when the mass fraction of La_(2)O_(3)was higher than 0.9%,a small amount of La_(1.4)Al_(22.6)O_(36)phase existed in the sample.
