摘 要:研究了抗裂剂对混凝土力学性能与干燥收缩性能的影响,通过有限元计算方法对比了抗裂剂掺量、养护条件、浇筑温度对筏板基础大体积混凝土开裂风险的影响,提出了经济合理的温度裂缝控制方案。结果表明,5%抗裂剂掺量下各龄期混凝土抗压及劈裂抗拉强度最高,56 d干燥收缩相比于普通混凝土降低了24.5%,采用节水保湿膜+棉被覆盖的养护措施,筏板基础取得良好控裂效果。The effects of anti-cracking agent on mechanical properties and drying shrinkage properties of concrete were studied.The effects of anti-cracking agent content,curing conditions and pouring temperature on cracking risk of raft foundation concrete were compared by finite element software,and an economical and reasonable temperature control scheme was proposed.The results show that the compressive and splitting tensile strength of concrete with 5%anti-cracking agent content was the highest,and the drying shrinkage of concrete at 56 d was 24.5%lower than that of ordinary concrete.The raft foundation achieved good crack control effect by using water-saving moisturizing film and cotton-covered maintenance measures.
