摘　　要：随着使用年限增长,市区桥梁钢结构防腐能力的恢复和更新,是桥梁维修的一项重要工作。该文研究了市区跨江桥梁钢结构,其具有性能良好的铝锌底涂层,复合涂装中的中漆层和面漆层老化。经过分析研究、试验段验证,得出最佳的维修涂装方案,既保护原有铝锌底涂层,又恢复桥梁钢结构的防腐性能。As the service life increases,the restoration and renewal of the anti-corrosion ability of steel structures in urban bridges is an important task in bridge maintenance.This article studies the steel structure of urban cross river bridges,which has a high-performance aluminum zinc primer.The intermediate and topcoat layers in the composite coating are aged.Under extremely high environmental requirements,after analysis and experimental verification,the optimal maintenance coating scheme is obtained.It not only protects the original aluminum zinc primer,but also restores the anti-corrosion performance of bridge steel structures.
