摘  要:随着玻璃窑炉烟气治理工艺的发展,传统烟气治理工艺处理步骤多、设备数量多、占地面积大、投资大,后期运行的成本高。陶瓷滤管一体化脱硫脱硝除尘工艺实现脱硫、脱硝、除尘协同治理,处理步骤减少,运行维护简单,逐渐成为玻璃行业污染物治理的主要技术路线之一。基于陶瓷滤管一体化的工艺路线,根据不同的烟气工况、不同初始硫化物浓度,兼顾脱硫效率、物料考核和运行成本选择合适的熟石灰循环工艺至关重要。With the development of glass furnace flue gas treatment technology,traditional flue gas treatment processes have multiple processing steps,a large number of equipment,a large footprint,and high investment,resulting in high operating costs in the later stage.The integrated desulfurization,denitrification,and dust removal process of ceramic filter tubes not only achieves coordinated treatment of desulfurization,denitrification,and dust removal,but also reduces processing steps and simplifies operation and maintenance,gradually becoming one of the main technical routes for pollutant treatment in the glass industry.Based on the integrated process route of ceramic filter tubes,it is crucial to choose a suitable slaked lime circulation process that takes into account desulfurization efficiency,material assessment,and operating costs,depending on different flue gas conditions and initial sulfide concentrations.
