南北通道区域路网扩能改造投资方向研究

摘　　要：随着国家经济持续发展,铁路货运运输需求总量将进一步增加,在既有线标准下,南北货运通道存在部分区段、站点能力不足的问题,无法满足未来运输需求。京广、焦柳、益湛线作为南北通道区域路网的主干线,亟须研究其扩能改造方案。基于区域路网现状及规划,结合运输生产需要,参考各线扩能改造的预可行性研究成果,通过按照最短路径原则对区域路网南下货流进行合理分配,根据现状线路通过能力找出区域路网能力瓶颈,研究提出瓶颈区段扩能改造方案及扩能投资方向。采用综合比选方式对京广、焦柳、益湛线等多个扩能改造投资方向进行分析,选择合理投资方向,确定线路、车站扩能改造规模,提高资金投资效益。With the sustainable development of the national economy,the total demand for railway freight transport will further increase.Under the standard of existing lines,there are problems of insufficient capacity in some sections and stations of the north-south freight corridor,which cannot meet the future transport demand.Beijing-Guangzhou Railway,Jiaozuo-Liuzhou Railway and Yiyang-Zhanjiang Railway are trunk lines in the regional railway network of north-south corridor,so it is urgent to study their capacity expansion and reconstruction schemes.Based on the current situation and planning of the regional railway network,in combination with transportation and production needs,referring to the pre-feasibility study results of each line’s capacity expansion and reconstruction,by reasonably allocating the southward freight flow of the regional railway network according to the shortest route principle,this paper finds out the bottleneck of the regional railway network capacity according to the current line carrying capacity and puts forward the capacity expansion and reconstruction scheme and investment direction.This paper analyzes the investment directions for capacity expansion and reconstruction of Beijing-Guangzhou Railway,Jiaozuo-Liuzhou Railway and Yiyang-Zhanjiang Railway by comprehensive comparison,selects reasonable investment directions,determines the scale of capacity expansion and reconstruction of lines and stations,and improves capital investment benefits.
