七叶皂苷钠联合盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊在输尿管结石患者碎石术后排石治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析在输尿管结石患者微创钬激光碎石术后应用七叶皂苷钠联合盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊的临床效果.方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月韶关市第二人民医院收治的行微创钬激光碎石术治疗的输尿管结石患者60例为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各30例.对照组应用盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予七叶皂苷钠治疗.比较两组治疗效果.结果:观察组血尿持续时间、结石排出时间、结石排净时间短于对照组,排出结石直径小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,两组白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of sodium aesculin combined with Tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsule in patients with ureteral calculus after minimally invasive holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods:A total of 60 patients with ureterolithiasis treated by minimally invasive holmium laser lithotripsy were selected as the study objects in the Second People's Hospital of Shaoguan City from June 2022 to June 2023,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsules,and the observation group was treated with sodium aesculin on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The duration of hematuria,stone discharge time and stone removal time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the diameter of stone discharge was smaller than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);after treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor-αin 2 groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sodium aesculin combined with Tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsule in patients with ureteral calculi after minimally invasive holmium laser lithotripsy has a significant effect,which can effectively promote stone discharge,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and have high safety.
