加味银翘散治疗冬春季病毒性感冒的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究冬春季病毒性感冒采用加味银翘散治疗的效果.方法:选取2022年4月—2023年4月昆明市中医医院老年病科收治的冬春季病毒性感冒患者150例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各75例.对照组予以常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础加用加味银翘散治疗.比较两组症状消退时间、炎性因子水平及治疗效果.结果:观察组发热、鼻塞、流涕、咳嗽消退时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α水平均下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003).Objective:To explore the effect of modified Yinqiao powder on viral cold in winter and spring.Methods:A total of 150 patients with winter and spring viral cold were selected as the research objects at the geriatrics Department of Kunming Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Yinqiao powder.The time of symptom resolution,the level of inflammatory factors and the therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results:The regression time of fever,nasal congestion,runny nose and cough in observation group was shorter than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-1βand TNF-αwere decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003).Conclusion:The treatment of winter and spring viral cold patients with modified Yinqiao powder has ideal effect,which can obviously improve clinical symptoms and reduce inflammatory response.
