左西孟旦联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:研究左西孟旦联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗老年慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床效果.方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月天水市中医医院收治的老年CHF患者120例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为常规组(给予标准抗CHF治疗)、左西孟旦组(在常规组基础上给予左西孟旦)和芪苈强心组(在左西孟旦组基础上给予芪苈强心胶囊),各40例.比较三组心功能[左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、血浆N末端脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)]、6 min步行试验距离(6MWD)、明尼苏达生活质量调查表(MLHFQ)评分.结果:治疗后,三组LVEDD、NT-proBNP水平低于治疗前,LVEF水平高于治疗前,芪苈强心组优于常规组、左西孟旦组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,三组6MWD均增加,MLHFQ评分均下降,芪苈强心组优于常规组、左西孟旦组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:左西孟旦联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗老年CHF的临床效果较好,能有效改善患者心功能及运动能力,提高生活质量,可为临床治疗老年CHF提供用药指导.Objective:To study the clinical effect of levosimendan combined with Qili Qiangxin Capsule in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF)in the elderly.Methods:120 cases of elderly CHF patients admitted to Tianshui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected for the study,and were divided into conventional group(given conventional anti-CHF therapy),levosimendan group(administration of levosimendan on the basis of the conventional group),and Qili Qiangxin Capsule Group(given Qili Qiangxin Capsule on the basis of the levosimendan group),each of which was 40 cases.The following indexes in the three groups were compared:the cardiac function indexes including left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and plasma N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),6-min walk test distance(6MWD),and Minnesota Quality of Life Questionnaire(MLHFQ)scores.Results:After treatment,the levels of LVEDD and NT-proBNP in the three groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of LVEF were higher than those before treatment,and the Qili Qiangxin Capsule group was better than the conventional group and the levosimendan group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,6MWD of all three groups increased and MLHFQ scores decreased in all three groups,and Qili Qiangxin capsule group was superior to the conventional group and the levosimendan group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Levosimendan combined with Qili Qiangxin Capsule has a better clinical effect in the treatment of CHF in the elderly,which can effectively improve their cardiac function and exercise ability,and improve the quality of life.
