营养膳食干预在白血病化疗患者中的应用价值分析

摘  要:目的:分析针对白血病化疗患者予以营养膳食干预的价值.方法:选取2020年1月—2021年12月山东省滨州医学院附属医院血液内科收治的白血病化疗患者60例作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例.对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予营养膳食干预.比较两组体质量、癌因性疲乏指标、并发症发生率、营养指标.结果:护理后,两组体质量均低于护理前,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组感觉、情感、认知、情绪、行为、严重程度评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044);护理后,两组白蛋白、血红蛋白水平均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:营养膳食干预在白血病化疗患者中的应用价值较高,可确保患者在化疗期间的营养摄入充足,提高营养指标水平,保持体质量稳定,降低并发症发生率.Objective:To analyze the value of nutritional dietary intervention for patients with leukemia chemotherapy.Methods:Sixty patients with leukemia chemotherapy admitted to the Department of Hematology of Shandong Binzhou Medical College Affiliated Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with thirty patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received nutritional dietary intervention on the basis of the control group.Body weight,cancerrelated fatigue index,complication rate and nutrition index were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the body mass of both groups was lower than before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the scores of sensation,emotion,cognition,emotion,behavior and severity of the two groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044);after nursing,albumin and hemoglobin levels in two groups were higher than before nursing,and observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of nutritional dietary intervention in patients with leukemia chemotherapy is high,which can ensure adequate nutritional intake of patients during chemotherapy,improve the level of nutritional indicators,maintain stable body weight,and reduce the incidence of complications.
