摘　　要：目的:探讨实时聚合酶链式反应(PCR)检验在高危型人乳头瘤病毒诊断中的应用价值.方法:选取2020年1月—2022年1月贵州省黔西南布依族苗族自治州人民医院收治的疑似感染高危型人乳头瘤病毒患者100例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例.对照组采用第二代杂交式捕获法,观察组采用实时PCR检验法.以人乳头瘤病毒核酸检测结果为"金标准",比较两种检测方法的诊断结果、诊断效能、检测费用及用时.结果:观察组诊断敏感度、特异度和准确性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组检测费用低于对照组,检测用时短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).结论:实时PCR检验在高危型人乳头瘤病毒诊断中的应用价值较高,具有良好的敏感度、特异度和准确性,且费用低廉、用时很短,可为患者进一步临床治疗及预后干预后提供依据.Objective:To explore the application value of real-time Polymerase Chain Reaction(PCR)test in the diagnosis of high-risk human papillomavirus.Methods:A total of one hundred suspected high-risk human papillomavirus patients admitted to Qiansouthwest Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with fifty cases in each group.The control group was tested by the second generation hybridization method,and the observation group was tested by realtime PCR.Using the results of human papillomavirus nucleic acid detection as the gold standard,the diagnostic results,diagnostic efficiency,detection cost and time of the two detection methods were compared.Results:The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of diagnosis in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the test cost in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the test time was shorter,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Real-time PCR test has high application value in the diagnosis of highrisk human papillomavirus,with good sensitivity,specificity and accuracy,low cost and short time,which can provide a basis for further clinical treatment and prognostic intervention of patients.
