摘 要:目的:分析医院中药房中药饮片质量管理现状及存在的问题,并提出相应的应对措施.方法:筛选2021年4月—2023年6月上海市静安区中医医院中药房质量不合格的中药饮片127件进行调查,分析中药房中药饮片质量管理存在的问题,并提出应对措施.结果:127件中药饮片中,原料不合格11件,占比8.66%;炮制不合格81件,占比63.78%;质量管理不合格35件,占比27.56%.结论:医院中药房中药饮片质量管理存在原料不合格、炮制不合格、管理不合格等问题.通过对中药饮片质量管理中存在的问题进行分析,并提出针对性解决对策,可进一步提高中药饮片的质量水平,确保用药安全性.Objective:To analyze the present situation and existing problems of quality management of Chinese medicine slices in hospital pharmacy,and countermeasures were put forward.Methods:A total of 127 pieces of Chinese medicine slices with unqualified quality were selected for investigation in pharmacy of Shanghai Jing'an District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to June 2023,the existing problems in quality management of Chinese medicine slices in pharmacy were analyzed,and countermeasures were proposed.Results:Among 127 Chinese medicine slices pieces,11 were unqualified,accounting for 8.66%;81 cases of unqualified processing,accounting for 63.78%;there were 35 cases of unqualified quality management,accounting for 27.56%.Conclusion:There are some problems in the quality management of Chinese medicine slices in hospital pharmacy,such as unqualified raw materials,unqualified processing and unqualified management.By analyzing the problems existing in the quality management of Chinese medicine slices and putting forward corresponding countermeasures,the quality level of Chinese medicine slices can be further improved and the drug safety can be ensured.
