摘　　要：目的:探究失效模式与效应分析(FMEA)在过氧化氢等离子灭菌质量管理中的应用效果.方法:选取2021年1月—2022年3月贵州省黔西南州人民医院消毒供应室存在过氧化氢等离子灭菌质量缺陷的器械500份为对照组(采用传统管理方法),2023年1—12月存在过氧化氢等离子灭菌质量缺陷的器械500份为观察组(采用FMEA管理).比较两组失效模式危机值(RPN)、灭菌失败率、临床科室满意度.结果:观察组各项失效模式RPN均小于对照组;观察组灭菌失败率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床科室满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024).结论:FMEA用于过氧化氢等离子灭菌质量管理中的效果显著,可有效降低灭菌失败率,提高管理质量,临床科室满意度较高.Objective:To explore the application effect of failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)in hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization quality management.Methods:From January 2021 to March 2022,500 devices with quality defects of hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization in the disinfection supply room of Qianxinan People's Hospital of Guizhou Province were selected as the control group(using traditional management methods).From January to December 2023,500 devices with hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization quality defects were included in the observation group(managed by FMEA).Failure mode crisis value(RPN),sterilization failure rate and clinical department satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The RPN of each failure mode in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The failure rate of sterilization in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of clinical departments in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024).Conclusion:FMEA is effective in hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization quality management,which can effectively reduce the sterilization failure rate and improve the management quality,and the clinical departments have high satisfaction.
