复方花椒散外洗剂治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的作用机理

摘　　要：复方花椒散外洗剂具有的开通阻滞、祛寒止痛、滋补神经等作用,与其组方中药材的抗炎、镇痛、抗氧化、改善周围组织微循环、辅助调节血糖血脂等作用有关.该文对糖尿病周围神经病变的维吾尔医学病因病机进行综述,总结复方花椒散外洗剂中单味药物现代药理研究,分析复方花椒散外洗剂的功效与维吾尔药外洗疗法的特点.Compound Huajiaosan external lotion was concluded that the effects of opening and blocking,dispelling cold and relieving pain.Nourishing the nerves of the lotion refers to the anti-inflammatory,analgesic,antioxidant,improvement of microcirculation of peripheral tissues,and assisting in regulating blood glucose and blood lipids of the Chinese herbs in its composition.The paper reviews the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in the theory of Uyghur medicine,summarizes the modern pharmacological study of single herb in compound Huajiaosan external lotion,and analyzes the efficacy of compound Huajiaosan external lotion and the characteristics of the Uyghur medicine external lotion therapy.
