摘　　要：市场监督管理所标准化建设是整合基层市场监管力量,打造运转高效的基层市场监管模式的重要举措。构建定位准确、程序严谨、运转高效的新型市场监督管理所标准体系作为市场监督管理所标准化建设的核心任务,对夯实做强市场监管基层基础、维护市场秩序、守牢安全底线、优化营商环境尤为重要。本文在对我国基层市场监督管理所标准化现状调查研究的基础上,探索并构建了我国基层市场监督管理所标准体系框架,结合建设实践提出了完善市场监督管理所标准体系的建议,为市场监督管理所标准体系构建提供借鉴和参考。The standardization construction of market regulation institute is an important measure to integrate the market regulation forces at the grassroots level and create an efficient market regulation model at the grassroots level.As the core task of the standardization construction of market regulation institutes,the construction of a new standards system of market regulation institutes with accurate positioning,rigorous procedures and effi cient operation is particularly important to consolidate and strengthen the grassroots foundation of market regulation,maintain market order,keep the bottom line of safety,and optimize the business environment.Based on the investigation and research on the standardization status of China’s grassroots market regulation institutes,this paper explores and constructs the framework of the standards system of China’s grassroots market regulation institutes,and puts forward suggestions for improving the standards system of market regulation institutes in combination with the construction practice,so as to provide reference for building the standards system of market regulation institutes.
