高校中心实验室科研人员准入标准化流程探索

摘　　要：随着国家高质量发展战略的提出,各高校都在加强科研创新平台特别是中心实验室的建设。为保障中心实验室的安全使用,充分发挥大型仪器设备的效益,也为科研人员自身的安全,建立标准化的高校中心实验室科研人员准入机制非常有必要。本文从中心实验室准入安全培训和科研人员进驻中心实验室标准流程两个方面阐述了山东中医药高等专科学校的实践,供其他高校参考。With the proposal of the national high-quality development strategy,various universities are strengthening the construction of research and innovation platforms,especially central laboratories.In order to ensure the safe use of central laboratories,fully utilize the benefi ts of large instruments and equipment,and also for the safety of scientifi c researchers themselves,it is necessary to establish a standardized admission mechanism for scientific researchers in university central laboratories,This article elaborates on Shandong College of Traditional Chinese Medicine's practice from two aspects:safety training for admission to the central laboratory and standard procedures for scientifi c researchers entering the central laboratory,for reference by other universities.
