摘 要:19世纪中期以来,因国际间茶叶生产地、消费市场和运输方式的巨变,中国茶叶输出境外的古老茶道出现了改道和分流。日本作为世界新兴茶叶供给国,加紧参与国际茶叶生产和运输等市场份额的争夺中,以中国为主要对手,以中国国内国际销售运输市场为目标。日本通过收集中国茶叶产销市场的情报,有针对性地抢占长江水道及其支流航线的运销市场份额,并与中俄争夺“万里茶道”陆上运输市场。日俄等列强对中国茶叶市场的争夺,导致中国茶叶逐步退出海外市场,致使中国茶业及相关产业衰落。Since the mid-19th century,due to significant changes in the international tea production areas,consumer markets,and modes of transportation,the ancient tea routes exporting Chinese tea abroad have been altered and diverted.Japan,as an emerging tea supplier in the world,has intensified its participation in the competition for market shares in international tea production and transportation,with China as its main rival and targeting the domestic and international sales and transportation markets in China.By collecting intelligence on China’s tea production and sales markets,Japan has specifically targeted the market share of the Yangtze River waterway and its tributary shipping routes,as well as competing with Russia for the overland transportation market of the“Ten Thousand Mile Tea Road”.The competition among powers such as Japan and Russia for China’s tea market has led to the gradual withdrawal of Chinese tea from the overseas market,causing the decline of China's tea industry and related industries.
