摘　　要：中国共产党是人民城市建设的领导力量,是城市治理现代化的根本保障。党领导人民城市建设具体遵循历史逻辑、理论逻辑与实践逻辑。新时代,人民城市建设面临新的挑战,主要在于党领导人民城市建设的整体性引领有待加强、协同性有待提升、系统性有待提高。为此,需要在权威基础方面加强党对人民城市建设的全面领导;在嵌入机制方面,促进党的领导与人民自治共融共生;在系统联动方面,激发党对人民城市建设的制度创新。The CPC is the leading force of the people's urban construction and the fundamental guarantee of the modernization of urban governance.The Party's leadership in the construction of people's cities follows historical logic,theoretical logic,and practical logic.In the new era,the construction of people's cities is facing new challenges,mainly due to the need to strengthen the overall guidance of the Party's leadership in people's urban construction,enhance synergy,and improve systematicity.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the Party's comprehensive leadership over the construction of people's cities in terms of authoritative foundation.In terms of embedding mechanisms,promoting the integration and coexistence of party leadership and people's autonomy is required.In terms of system linkage,stimulating the Party's institutional innovation in the construction of people's cities is also needed.
