摘 要:为满足高时效任务的临时计量保障需求,基于比较测量法,使用时间发控终端和高速录像设备等靶场现有测量设备组成计量校准装置,实现对多块电子秒表计时误差的同时校准,并能对电子秒表任意计时长度的误差进行校准。然后,以电子秒表日差指标的校准结果为例,通过评定测量不确定度,并与上级计量技术机构给出的校准结果进行对比验证,结果表明上述方法更加方便快捷、简单易行,给出的校准结果科学可信。因此,在满足测试不确定度比的情况下,采用现有测试测量设备资源解决临时校准问题的应急计量保障方法是可行的,值得推广。In order to meet the requirements of temporary measurement guarantee of high aging tasks,based on the comparative measurement method,the existing measuring equipment of the target range such as time development and control terminal and high-speed video equipment is used to form a measurement calibration device to realize the simultaneous calibration of the timing error of multiple electronic stopwatches,and to calibrate the error of any timing length of the electronic stopwatch.Then,taking the calibration results of the daily difference index of the electronic stopwatch as an example,the measurement uncertainty is assessed and the calibration results given by the superior measurement technical organization are verified.The results show that the above method is more convenient,fast and easy to operate,and the calibration results are scientifically and credible.In the case of meeting the test uncertainty ratio,the emergency measurement guarantee method of using the existing test and measurement equipment resources to solve the temporary calibration problem is feasible and worth popularizing.
