摘 要:以正硅酸乙酯为硅源、氢氧化铝为铝源,在Na/Al摩尔比为4、温度和时间分别为90℃和12 h时的条件下,通过溶剂热法制备了纳米方钠石,并以纳米方钠石为载体负载姜黄素,研究了载药温度、载药pH、药物浓度等因素对纳米方钠石载药性能的影响,并探讨了其抗菌性,通过XRD、SEM和BET等测试分析了样品的结构和形貌。结果表明,纳米方钠石的晶粒粒径大约为13.4 nm,当载药温度为50℃、载药液相pH为4.2时,纳米方钠石对姜黄素的包封量明显优于其它样品,显示出优异的抗菌性。最高药物包封量可达857 mg/g,包封率为86%,抑菌率高达91.4%。Nano-sodalite was synthesized by solvothermal method using ethyl orthosilicate as the silicon source and aluminum hydroxide as the aluminum source with the Na/Al molar ratio of 4,solvothermal temperature of 90 ℃ and solvothermal time of 12 h,respectively.The effects of drug-loading temperature,drug-loading pH,drug concentration on the drug-loading properties of nano-sodalite were researched using the nano-sodalite as curcumin carrier.And its antibacterial property was discussed.The structure and morphology of the samples were analyzed by XRD,SEM and BET tests.The results show that the grain size of nano-sodaliteis about 13.4 nm.The curcumin encapsulation capacity of nano-sodalite synthesized at drug loading temperature of 50 ℃ and the liquid phase pH of 4.2 is significantly better than that of other samples and exhibitsan excellent antibacterial property.Its maximum drug encapsulation capacity,encapsulation efficiency and antibacterial efficiency is 857 mg/g,86% and 91.4%,respectively.
