摘 要:随着我国绿色建筑发展的不断推进,轻钢结构开始展露头角。冷弯薄壁型钢作为新型建筑材料,在轻钢建筑中仍有较大的发展空间,因此对冷弯薄壁型钢的受力性能进行分析具有一定程度的工程价值。首先开展C型钢组合桁架梁承载力和变形实验,在此基础之上利用ABAQUS建立C型钢组合桁架梁有限元模型,分析有无缀板、自攻螺钉等因素对于组合桁架梁承载力的影响。本文的实验结果表明裸露的骨架梁由于自攻螺钉的剪切而损坏,最终的承载能力取决于螺钉的抗剪能力;缀板的加固对提高梁的承载能力有着显著的影响。With the continuous promotion of green building development in China,light steel structures are beginning to show their prominence.As a new type of building material,cold-formed thin-walled steel sections still have a large space for development in light steel construction,so the analysis of the force performance of cold-formed thin-walled steel sections has a great engineering value.Experiments on the load carrying capacity and deformation of C-section steel joist beams was carried out,and then a finite element model of C-section steel joist beams using ABAQUS was established,and the influence of factors such as the presence or absence of the splice plate and self-tapping screws on the load carrying capacity of the joist beams was analyzed.The experimental results show that the exposed skeleton beam is damaged by the shear of the self-tapping screws and the final load carrying capacity depends on the shear capacity of the screws.The reinforcement of the splice plate has a significant effect on improving the load carrying capacity of the beam.
