摘  要:为了探索埋地燃气管道风险评估的可靠方法,针对埋地燃气管道的风险特点,基于失效频率和泄漏后果定量分析模型,建立埋地燃气管道的定量风险评估模型,通过对某段埋地燃气管道进行实例应用和分析,确定该段埋地燃气管道泄漏事故造成的对个人和社会的风险水平。结果表明,采用定量风险分析方法对埋地燃气管道进行风险预测,评估结果可量化,能够实现管道风险定量评估,可为推动企业燃气管道风险管理和政府应急决策提供技术支持。In order to explore a reliable method of buried gas pipeline risk assessment,a quantitative risk assessment model of buried gas pipeline was established based on the quantitative analysis model of failure frequency and leakage consequences,aiming at the risk characteristics of buried gas pipeline.Through the application and analysis of a certain section of buried gas pipeline,the risk level of the buried gas pipeline leakage accident to individuals and society was determined.The results showed that the quantitative risk analysis method was used to predict the risk of buried gas pipelines,and the evaluation results can be quantified,which can realize the quantitative risk assessment of pipeline,and provide technical support for promoting the risk management of gas pipelines in enterprises and the emergency decision-making of the government.
