摘 要:基于风速传感器的排风柜变风量控制系统在面风速测量时易受到实验室内气流组织影响。以某制药公司化学合成实验室为研究对象,采用基于风速传感器的排风柜变风量控制系统并进行性能测试。采用局部孔板送风方式取代散流器或百叶送风方式对经气流组织优化后的实验室进行数值模拟。结果表明:实验室气流组织良好,满足排风柜设计使用和实验室化学暴露控制要求。The VAV control system of a fume hood based on a wind speed sensor is easily affected by the air distribution in the laboratory when measuring the surface wind speed.Taking the chemical synthesis laboratory of a pharmaceutical company as the research object,the VAV control system of the fume hood based on a wind speed sensor was adopted and its performance was tested.Using local perforated ceiling air supply to replace the diffuser or louver air supply method,the optimized air distribution in the laboratory was simulated numerically.The results show that the air distribution in the laboratory is good,which meets the design and use of a fume hood and the requirements of chemical exposure control in the laboratory.
