摘  要:重整加热炉是石化生产的主要设备,提高加热炉的热效率能够有效降低企业能耗和相应成本,达到节能降耗的目的。结合某企业石油化工转化装置在停产大修期间进行的重整加热炉95+技术改造工程,讨论反辐射节能涂层、烟气余热回收、换热改造等95+高效超净加热炉节能技术的应用,比较优化改造前后加热炉的运行状况。研究表明,重整加热炉95+技术能够有效提高装置的热效率。The reforming heating furnace is the main equipment of petrochemical production,and improving the thermal efficiency of the furnace can effectively reduce the energy consumption and corresponding costs of enterprises,and achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.Combined with the 95+technical transformation project of the reforming heating furnace carried out by the petrochemical conversion unit of an enterprise during the shutdown and overhaul,the application of 95+energy-saving technologies of high-efficiency ultra-clean heating furnace such as anti-radiation energy-saving coating,flue gas waste heat recovery,and heat exchange transformation was discussed,and the operation status of the heating furnace before and after the transformation was optimized.The research shows that the reforming heating furnace 95+technology can effectively improve the thermal efficiency of the device.
