摘 要:随着互联网新零售的快速发展,传统物流配送体系逐渐被实时物流系统取代,基于大数据和人工智能技术的新型物流配送站成为实现高效配送的关键环节。文中以新型物流配送站为研究对象,使用空间分析法探讨了新型物流配送站在二线城市中的区位分布演化规律,并运用条件Logistic逻辑回归模型对新型物流配送站在二线城市中的区位分布影响因素进行实证分析。得到结论:现阶段二线城市新型物流配送站主要以“点—轴”空间分布和“点—轴—面”空间分布为基本格局,同时,二线城市新型物流配送站对生产成本的变化不敏感,道路网密度导致的经营成本变化对于现代流通服务业而言影响较小。With the rapid development of new retail on the Internet,traditional logistics distribution systems are gradually being replaced by real-time logistics systems.New logistics distribution stations based on big data and artificial intelligence technology have become a key link in achieving efficient distribution.This study takes new logistics distribution stations as the research object,uses spatial analysis method to explore the evolution law of location distribution of new logistics distribution stations in second-tier cities,and constructs conditional logistic regression model to empirically analyze the influencing factors of location distribution of new logistics distribution stations in second-tier cities.It is concluded that the new logistics distribution stations in second-tier cities at the current stage mainly follow the basic pattern of“point-axis”spatial distribution and“point-axis-surface”spatial distribution.At the same time,new logistics distribution stations in second-tier cities are not sensitive to changes in production costs,and changes in operating costs caused by road network density have a relatively small impact on the modern circulation service industry.
