智慧物流与智能制造两业融合背景下高校物流管理人才培养探究

摘　　要：“中国制造2025”拉开智能制造大幕,带来新的智能化机遇,也给诸多行业特别是物流行业提出了新的挑战。智慧物流与智能制造两业融合势在必行,这要求高校必须从物流管理人才培养角度入手,调整培养策略。文中分析了两业融合的背景与发展趋势,探讨了两业融合对物流管理人才的要求,并提出了两业融合背景下高校物流管理人才培养对策,具体方案包括重新定位人才培养目标,重建专业课程体系,创新人才培养模式,加强专业教师队伍建设,打造综合培养平台,以期培养更多具有智能制造背景的智慧物流管理人才。“Made in China 2025”opens the prelude to the development of intelligent manufacturing.It not only brings new intelligent opportunities,but also presents new challenges to many industries,especially the logistics industry.The integration of the two industries of intelligent logistics and intelligent manufacturing is inevitable.This requires colleges and universities to start from the perspective of logistics management personnel training,as well as adjust the training strategy.In the paper,the background and development trend of the integration of the two industries are analyzed,the requirements of the integration of the two industries for logistics management talents are discussed,as well as countermeasures for the cultivation of logistics management talents in colleges and universities under the background of the integration of the two industries are proposed.The specific programme includes the repositioning of talent cultivation objectives,the reconstruction of professional curriculum system,the innovation of talent cultivation mode,the strengthening of professional teacher team construction,and the creation of a comprehensive cultivation platform,in order to cultivate more intelligent logistics management talents with intelligent manufacturing background.
