摘 要:富氧熔炼过程中产生的稀硫酸是设备腐蚀的主要原因,也是污酸处理成本的重要组成。经过对稀酸形成的机理与降低其浓度可行性实验研究分析,确定影响酸浓的因素:入炉硫含量在正常生产中达到饱和,对稀酸浓度影响不大;烟气温度越高,稀酸浓度越低;烟气中O_(2)及H_(2)O含量越高,稀酸浓度越高;系统漏风率越高,稀酸浓度越高。分析这几点因素,通过对现有工艺参数的精确控制,可降低稀酸浓度,减少设备腐蚀问题和降低污酸处理成本。The generation of dilute sulfuric acid in the process of oxygen-enriched smelting is the main cause of equipment corrosion,and it is also a direct reflection of the cost of dirty acid treatment.After analying the mechanism of dilute acid formation and the feasibility study on reducing its coucer tration,the factors affecting acid concentration were determined:the sulfur content in the furnace reached saturation in normal production,which had little effect on the concentration of dilute acid;the higher the flue gas temperature,the lower the concentration of dilute acid;the higher the content of O_(2) and H_(2)O in the flue gas,the higher the concentration of dilute acid;the higher the air leakage rate of the system,the higher the concentration of dilute acid.Combined with the analysis of the above factors,through the precise control of the existing process parameters,the dilute acid concentration can be reduced,the corrosion problem of the equipment can be reduced and the cost of dirty acid treatment can be reduced.
