摘 要:目的探究层级管理策略对临床医务人员职业倦怠及心理状态的影响。方法选取2022年1—12月南通市第三人民医院(南通大学附属南通第三医院)在职的102名临床医务人员为研究对象,2022年1—6月采用常规管理策略,为对照组;2022年7—12月采取常规加层级管理策略,为观察组。比较两组职业倦怠量表(Maslach Burnout Inventory General Survey,MBI-GS)、焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)评分结果。结果管理前,两组MBI-GS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理后,观察组MBI-GS评分(1.96±0.39)分低于对照组的(2.26±0.48)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.899,P<0.05)。观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论通过对临床医务人员实施层级管理策略,可改善缓解和消除倦怠,减轻负面心理情绪,提高工作服务质量。Objective To explore the influence of hierarchical management strategy on burnout and psychological state of clinical medical staff.Methods 102 clinical medical staff from Nantong Third People's Hospital(Nantong Third Hospital Affiliated to Nantong University)From January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.Conventional management strategy was adopted from January to June 2022,as the control group;conventional hierarchical management strategy was adopted from July to December 2022,as the observation group.The Maslach Burnout Inventory General Survey(MBI-GS),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were compared between the two groups.Results Before management,the MBI-GS scores between the two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After management,the MBI-GS score of the observation group was(1.96±0.39)point,which was lower than that of the control group(2.26±0.48)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.899,P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were significantly different(both P<0.05).Conclusion Through the implementation of hierarchical management strategies for clinical medical staff,it can improve the alleviation and elimination of burnout,reduce negative psychological emotions,and improve the quality of work services.
