摘　　要：目的基于重要表现程度分析法(Imporant-performance Analysis,IPA)分析病案首页填写质量的管理策略。方法选取2021年2月—2022年12月湖州市第一人民医院的80名医师作为研究对象,按照随机抽样法将80名医师书写的80份住院病案首页分为两组,每组各40份。2021年2月—2022年1月采用常规管理策略的住院病案首页为对照组,2022年2—12月采用基于IPA分析的管理策略的住院病案首页为IPA组,比较两组干预后的病案首页填写质量、医师岗位胜任力评分和病案首页填写不合格率差异。结果干预后,两组的医师岗位胜任力评分、病案首页填写质量评分均高于同组干预前,并且IPA组医师岗位胜任力评分、病案填写质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);IPA组的病案首页填写不合格率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论IPA分析法应用于病案首页填写质量的管理中,能够提高病案首页填写质量。Objective Imporant-performance analysis(IPA)was used to analyze the management strategy of filling quality on the first page of medical records.Methods A total of 80 physicians from Huzhou First People's Hospital from February 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to random sampling method,80 inpatient medical records written by 80 physicians were divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.From February 2021 to January 2022,the inpatient medical records using conventional management strategies were selected as the control group,and those using IPA-based management strategies from February to December 2022 were selected as the IPA group.Differences in the quality of medical records filling,physician post competency score and the ungualified rate of medical records were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of physician post competency and filling quality of medical record in IPA group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The unqualified rate of medical records in IPA group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of IPA analysis in the management of the quality of filling in the first page of medical records can improve the quality of filling in the first page of medical records.
