6S管理模式在药剂科药品管理中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析6S管理模式在药剂科药品管理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年11月—2023年10月期间山东省威海市中医院药剂科25名工作人员作为研究对象,2022年11月—2023年4月期间作为管理前,2023年5—10月期间作为管理后。管理前采取常规药剂科药品管理模式,管理后采取6S管理模式进行药剂科药品管理。随机抽取管理前后的500件药剂科调剂药品,比较药剂科工作差错发生率。同时,针对管理前后药剂科工作人员的药品管理能力以及工作人员对药剂科管理模式的满意度进行对比。结果管理后药剂科工作差错发生率低于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后药剂科工作人员药品管理能力评分、工作人员对药剂科管理模式的满意度评分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论6S管理模式能够有效提高药剂科工作人员的药品管理能力,降低药品管理工作差错发生率,提高工作人员对药剂科管理模式的满意度,进一步保障工作质量与效率。Objective To analyze the application effect of 6S management mode in drug management of pharmacy department.Methods 25 staff members of the Pharmacy Department of Weihai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine during November 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and the period from November 2022 to April 2023 was taken as the pre-management and the period from May to October 2023 as the post-management according to the management time.The conventional pharmacy drug management mode was adopted before management,and the 6S management mode was adopted for drug management in the pharmacy department after management.Randomly selected 500 pieces of pharmacy department dispensing drugs before and after the management,and compared the incidence of errors in the work of the pharmacy department.At the same time,the drug management ability of the staff of the pharmacy department before and after the management,as well as the staff's satisfaction with the management mode of the pharmacy department were compared.Results The incidence of work errors in the pharmacy department after management was lower than before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of drug management ability of pharmacy staff and staff's satisfaction with the management mode of pharmacy department were higher than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion 6S management mode can effectively improve the drug management ability of the staff of the pharmacy department,reduce the incidence of errors in drug management,improve the staff's satisfaction with the management mode of the pharmacy department,and further guarantee the quality and efficiency of work.
