摘 要:目的探讨基于细节思维的管理模式在心血管内科中的应用效果及对工作效率的影响。方法选取于2022年6月—2023年6月寿光市人民医院心血管内科医生31名为研究对象,根据时间段分为对照组(n=31,2022年6—12月)和观察组(n=31,2023年1—6月)。对照组采用常规管理,观察组联合基于细节思维的管理模式,两组均完成6个月管理,比较两组医生的综合能力、工作效率及管理满意度。结果观察组的专业技能、就诊导诊、医院规章制度、健康宣教能力、医患沟通及就诊秩序维护评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组召开例会、层级考试、业务学习、月计划及周排班评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组管理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于细节思维的管理模式用于心血管内科医生中效果显著,能提升医生综合能力,提高工作效率,且管理满意度较高。Objective To explore the application effect of management mode based on detailed thinking in cardiovascular internal medicine and its influence on work efficiency.Methods 31 cardiovascular physicians from Shouguang Municipal People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as research subjects,which were divided into control group(n=31,June to December 2022)and observation group(n=31,January to June 2023)according to the time period.The control group adopted routine management,and the observation group combined the management mode based on detailed thinking.Both groups completed 6-month management,and the comprehensive ability,work efficiency and management satisfaction of doctors in the two groups were compared.Results The scores of professional skills,medical guidance,hospital rules and regulations,health education ability,doctor-patient communication and medical order maintenance of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05);the observation group held regular meetings,level examinations,business study,monthly plan and weekly shift scores were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05);the scores of management satisfaction in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The management mode based on detailed thinking is used in cardiovascular physicians with remarkable effect,which can enhance the comprehensive ability of doctors,improve work efficiency,and management satisfaction is higher.
