摘　　要：随着社会对医学人才的需求不断增加及医学模式的转变,医学人文素质教育在高职高专医学教育中的地位日益凸显。为了提升学生的综合素质和医学人文关怀能力,探索一种新型的教学模式——“行动课堂”,已成为当前教育改革的热点。本文将围绕高职高专医学人文素质教育的重要性,探讨“行动课堂”教学模式的构建与实践,并总结其实际效果及面临的挑战。通过对这一领域的深入研究,为高职高专医学人文素质教育的发展提供有益的启示和建议。With the increasing demand for medical talents and the change of medical model,medical humanistic quality education plays an increasingly prominent role in higher vocational medical education.In order to improve students'comprehensive quality and medical humanistic care ability,to explore a new teaching model-“action classroom”has become a hot spot in the current education reform.This paper focused on the importance of medical humanistic quality education in higher vocational colleges,and discussed the construction and practice of“action classroom”teaching mode.This paper summarized its practical effects and challenges.Through the in-depth study of this field,it provided beneficial enlightenment and suggestions for the development of medical humanistic quality education in higher vocational colleges.
