摘 要:当前传统的培养教学可以使中医临床专业医学生学会解决单一疾病与单一证型,但是当出现复杂问题时,很多医学生无法形成对疾病的规律性认知与诊治。思考-结对-分享教学模式在中医临床专业医学生专科能力培养中的应用强调培养学生的综合能力,从而可持续提高专科能力培养质量。本文首先概述了医学生专科能力培养教学的原则,阐述了传统中医临床专业医学生专科能力培养教学存在的问题,并提出了思考-结对-分享教学模式在中医临床专业医学生专科能力培养中的应用措施。At present,the traditional training and teaching can help the clinical medical students of traditional Chinese medicine learn to solve a single disease and a single syndrome type,but when there are complex problems,many medical students cannot form the regular recognition and diagnosis and treatment of diseases.The application of thinking-pairing-sharing teaching mode in the training of professional ability of traditional Chinese medicine clinical medical students emphasizes the cultivation of students'comprehensive ability,so as to improve the quality of professional ability training sustainably.In this paper,the principles of specialty ability training teaching for medical students were summarized,the problems in the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine clinical students'specialty ability training were expounded,and the application measures of thinking-pairing-sharing teaching mode in the specialty ability training of traditional Chinese medicine clinical students were put forward.
