摘　　要：后勤管理是医疗卫生机构的重要组成部分,公立医院的高质量发展离不开与之相匹配的高质量的后勤服务保障体系。新时代,公立医院后勤高质量发展面临新形势,机遇和挑战并存。在医院高质量发展大背景下,医院后勤管理的决策层和执行层应秉承新的发展理念,转变发展方式,主动变革,加快后勤管理标准和制度建设,注重人才梯队建设,推进后勤社会化和智慧后勤平台建设,实现医院后勤管理精细化、规范化、标准化发展,为医院高质量发展助力。Logistics management is an important part of medical and health institutions,and the high-quality development of public hospitals cannot be separated from the matching high-quality logistics service guarantee system.In the new era,the high-quality development of public hospital logistics is facing new situations,opportunities and challenges.Under the background of high-quality development of hospitals,the decision-making and executive levels of hospital logistics management should adhere to the new development concept,change the development mode,and take the initiative to change,accelerate the construction of logistics management standards and systems,pay attention to the construction of talent echelons,promote the socialization of logistics and the construction of intelligent logistics platforms,achieve the fine,normalized and standardized development of hospital logistics management,and help the high-quality development of hospitals.
