摘 要:数字经济是扩大就业、缓解就业压力、稳定民生的重要渠道,数字经济在推动就业总量增长的同时,深刻影响就业结构与就业质量。以数字经济发展为研究背景,通过分析其带来的就业新格局,进一步探析数字经济背景下我国就业面临的劳动者权益保障缺失、劳动结构失衡、产业数字化转型滞后等问题,提出完善社会保障机制、强化供给侧需求侧改革、驱动数字产业转型升级、扩大数字人才规模等就业发展战略规划,以推进我国数字经济更高质量发展和更充分就业。Digital economy is an important channel to expand employment,ease employment pressure and stabilize people's livelihood.While promoting the growth of total employment,digital economy has a profound impact on employment structure and quality.With the development of digital economy as the research background,analyzing the new pattern of employment brought by it,the study further explores the problems faced by Chinese employment under the background of digital economy,such as the lack of protection of laborers'rights and interests,the imbalance of labor structure,and the lag of industrial digital transformation.It has put forward strategic plans for employment development such as improving the social security mechanism,strengthening supply-side and demand-side reform,driving the transformation and upgrading of the digital industry,and expanding the scale of digital talents,so as to promote the higher quality development of China's digital economy and more full employment.
