摘　　要：皮肤创伤愈合是一个复杂的生理过程,包括凝血、炎症、增殖和重塑等阶段,固有免疫细胞参与期间信号因子的调控。固有淋巴细胞3(ILC3)作为固有免疫细胞的一员,因其独特的组织分布与来源,能够通过产生IL-17、IL-22和GM-CSF等多种细胞因子维持皮肤稳态,并通过促进角质形成细胞增殖和上皮细胞迁移,参与伤口组织重建。ILC3是伤口周围环境潜在信息整合者,其功能受到RA-RAR、FFAR2、维生素D受体、DR3、AhR等多种信号通路的调控。目前大量研究提示ILC3在皮肤创伤愈合中具有重要意义,因此有望成为皮肤创伤愈合过程中的重要治疗靶点。本文总结ILC3的起源、组织分布、功能及其信号受体,并就近年来国内外ILC3在皮肤创伤愈合中的作用作一综述。The skin wound healing is a complex physiological process involving coagulation,inflammation,proliferation,and remodeling.Innate immune cells play a crucial role in regulating signaling factors during skin wound healing.Due to their unique tissue distribution and origin,innate lymphoid cells 3(ILC3),a member of innate immune cells,have the potential to regulate the wound healing process.They can secrete multiple cytokines,such as IL-17,IL-22,and GM-CSF,to maintain skin homeostasis,promote keratinocyte proliferation and epithelial cell migration,and participate in wound tissue reconstruction.The function of ILC3 is regulated by various signaling pathways,including RA-RAR,FFAR2,vitamin D receptor,DR3,and AhR,making them potential integrators of microenvironment around the wound.Numerous studies suggest the importance of ILC3 in skin wound healing,making them a potential therapeutic target in wound healing.This article comprehensively reviews the origin,tissue distribution,function,and signaling receptors of ILC3 and summarizes recent advances in the study of ILC3 in skin wound healing.
